FAQ FOR CUSTOMERS

  • What do I do if my internet isn’t working the way it should?

    • Start with the simplest solutions. Is the power out? Is it the internet or the device? Next, try rebooting by unplugging the power supply from the outlet and plugging it back in. You can also try rebooting each of your devices by turning them off and back on again. If that does not work, please let us know right away.

  • How do I contact you?

    • Phone 306-825-0300 if no one answers, leave a message with your name, phone number and what we can help you with. We will return your call as soon as possible.

    • Email billing.bellevista.ca@gmail.com

  • How much do I owe?

    • The amount owing is on the bottom right hand side of your invoice labeled “Customer Total Balance Due”. This is the total to be paid which includes the current invoice as well as any past due amounts. If you are not getting your invoices, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Can you come replace my router?

    • Yes, we most certainly can! We can install one of your own routers for an $85 service call fee or one of ours at an additional cost of $75 for the router. If you would like to replace your own router, you can do that as well. Just be sure that the wire that comes in from outside is plugged into the POE port on the power supply and plug your router into the LAN port on the power supply.

  • I am moving. Can I move the internet with me?

    • Let us know as soon as possible and we can schedule a time for our tech to move your equipment. We charge $150 for a move. It is a complete install with a $50 discount.

  • Why is my Customer Total Balance Due a negative amount?

    • Yay! This is a credit. You over paid so you do not need to pay anything at this time.

  • I have been disconnected due to lack of payment. How do I get reconnected?

    • Once your full bill is paid, including a $60 reconnection fee, your system will be turned back on. Be sure to leave everything plugged in

  • Why did I get charged for a service call?

    • We charge a minimum service call fee of $85 any time the tech needs to go to your location, as per your contract. Unfortunately the tech refuses to work for free and the truck needs gas.
